Purpose: to establish District-wide policies and procedures concerning the disclosure of immigration status and to ensure that District resources are not used for federal immigration enforcement activities

2011-182Establishment – Saint Elizabeths Redevelopment Initiative Advisory Board, dated November 1, 2011 (See Mayor’s Order 2012-21)
Purpose: to advise the District government on the Saint Elizabeths Redevelopment Initiative’s implementation of plans for the redevelopment of the East Campus of Saint Elizabeths

2011-169Establishment of a Health and Human Services Integrated Case Management Initiative; Establishment of a Health and Human Services Integrated Case Management Executive Committee; and Delegation of Rulemaking Authority to the Department of Human Services, dated October 5, 2011
Purpose: to implement the 2010 Data-Sharing and Information Coordination Amendment Act to assist in the coordination of public benefits, services, and supports to at risk District of Columbia residents across multiple or all of the District’s health and human services agencies

2012-21Establishment – Saint Elizabeths Redevelopment Initiative Advisory Board , dated February 9, 2012 (superseding Mayor’s Order 2011-182)
Purpose: to advise the District government on the Saint Elizabeths Redevelopment Initiative’s implementation of plans for the redevelopment of the East Campus of Saint Elizabeths

2012-31 Re-designation of the Office on Ex-Offender Affairs and Commission on Re-Entry and Ex-Offender Affairs as the “Office on Returning Citizen Affairs”, and “Commission on Re-Entry and Returning Citizen Affairs”, dated February 28, 2012
Purpose:  to change references from “ex-offender” to “returning citizen”

2012-102Use of Private Email to Transact Public Business, dated July 10, 2012
Purpose:  to ensure that all emails sent or received by District employees in which those employees are transacting public business are captured on servers managed by subordinate departments or agencies

2012-130Establishment – Mayor’s Power Line Undergrounding Task Force, dated August 16, 2012
Purpose:  to establish a task force to advise the Mayor on the general causes of storm-related power outages in the District, actions that may be taken to reduce future storm-related power outages, and the undergrounding of power lines

2012-132Establishment – Mayor’s Task Force on the Prevention of Flooding in the Bloomingdale Area, dated August 21, 2012
Purpose:  to establish a task force to advise the Mayor on the causes of, and potential actions to prevent, flooding in both the Bloomingdale and LeDroit Park neighborhoods

Purpose: to establish a task force to advise the Mayor on issues related to the financing and governance of the streetcar system

2013-031Establishment – Business Regulatory Reform Task Force, dated February 7, 2013
Purpose: to establish a task force to develop strategies to make the District the most business-friendly economy in the nation

2013-172Establishment – Age-Friendly DC Task Force, dated September 20, 2013
Purpose: to advise the Mayor regarding issues related to making the District of Columbia an age-friendly city by 2017 according to the World Health Organization’s (“WHO”) eight domains and two DC-specific domains: (1) outdoor spaces and buildings, (2) transportation, (3) housing, (4) social participation, (5) respect and social inclusion, (6) civic participation and employment, (7) communication and information, (8) community support and health services, (9) disaster preparedness and response, and (10) elder abuse, neglect, and fraud

2013-187: Establishment – Mayor’s Inter-Agency Council on Coordination and Management of the Supports and Services Delivery System for Children, From Birth to Age Eight, and Their Families (Early Success Council), dated October 10, 2013
Purpose:  to establish a Mayor’s Inter-Agency Council on Coordination and Management of the Supports and Services Delivery System for Children, From Birth to Age Eight, and Their Families (Early Success Council),  to oversee and coordinate those interagency actions and steps deemed necessary and appropriate with respect to improving the District of Columbia government’s supports and services delivery system for children, from birth through age eight, and their families and promoting the outcomes of the Mayor’s Early Success Framework

2013-209Sustainable DC Transformation Order, dated November 5, 2013
Purpose:  to establish policies to help achieve Mayor Vincent Gray’s vision to make the District of Columbia, in one generation, the healthiest, greenest, and most livable city in the United States

2013-243Re-Establishment of the District of Columbia Commission on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, dated December 23, 2013
Purpose:  to re-establish the Commission to assist the Mayor on matters relating to the District’s celebration of the annual public holiday commemorating the birth of Martin Luther King, Jr. celebrated on January 15th or on the third Monday in January of each year

2013-250Appointment – Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia, dated December 31, 2013
Purpose: to appoint Jeffrey S. Dewitt as the Chief Financial Officer

2014-139District of Columbia Innovation and Technology Inclusion Council, dated June 11, 2014
Purpose: to advise the Mayor and the public on ways in which to grow the District’s innovation and tech-economy in an inclusive manner, develop STEM workforce development strategies,  and ensure opportunities for all District residents

2014-170Transparency, Open Government and Open Data Initiative, dated July 21, 2014
Purpose:  to implement Mayor’s Memorandum 2011-1 to institutionalize change and require District agencies to work together and with the public to ensure public trust, and an open and effective government by establishing a system of transparency, public participation, collaboration, and accountability that increases the public’s confidence in their government

2014-250Establishment – Open Government Advisory Group, dated October 29, 2014
Purpose:  to establish an Advisory Group to evaluate the District progress towards meeting the requirements of Mayor’s Order 2014-170, the Transparency, Open Government and Open Data directive or any successor law or administrative issuance and make recommendations for improving the openness and transparency of the District government
